here at speesees, we are very serious about keeping morale high & do what we can to serve our troops (us). some of the speesees team have been flu-stricken & we have decided to become committed to staying healthy. today we conducted our first speesees recess (circuit=jumproping, rollerskating, yoga) & the results are in: heart rates high/endorphins released/sweat expelled/CO2 exhaled>we're feeling refreshed & are back to work.
